Best spirituality trek of my life from Balthali to Namobuddha

Thanks to the Eco Holidays team for this fantastic trek. The Buddhist culture in Namobuddha and the peace I felt there truly helped me find relief from my inner pain.

Actually, I sometimes suffer from anxiety, and this trek—along with the prayers at Namobuddha—helped me a lot.

After I came back to my home country, I felt a big difference.

Thanks again to the entire Eco Holidays team.
