I have done the Upper Dolpo Trek with Eco Holidays Nepal, and it was the best trek. What I liked the most was the excellent service provided by Eco Holidays Nepal. The pickup and drop-off, the accommodation in urban areas, and especially the food they provided in remote places where vehicles cannot go—it was all fantastic.
